Today at 2 pm I have an appointment with my shrink. I get to tell him I got fired last Friday.

Oh well. It’s easier than talking about my sex dreams.

I’ve been going for awhile now. The most productive thing I’ve gotten out of he whole experience is that he thinks I need medication for ADD. Now I have to find a doctor to get a prescription.

Oh joy.

I think once I get that squared away, I’ll be more focused and able to control my thoughts more. Less erratic behavior, less internal stressors, less depression.

Fuck.

I’ve been depressed my whole life. I probably need medication for that, too.
